Project Overview

During the 2020 shutdowns, Gyms everywhere had to close and find new revenue streams, and even prior to the pandemic the LGBTQ+ community was ostracized and felt uncomfortable in traditional gyms. This is when The Queer Gym saw the opportunity to go all online.

Challenge

Turning and in-person gym is already a challenge completely on its own, but to also create a new lead generating and nurturing machine to ensure our client got conversions is another… Eliix was tasked with building all new lead generation campaigns across multiple channels and the automations to pre-set sales appointments for the closing teams.

Solution

In order to market to the LGBTQ+ community while also falling within advertising guidelines on most platforms, we had to push out dozens of pieces of content with the purpose of building audiences to craft LLA audiences for. Once completed, we would be able to launch targeted lead generation campaigns that fed into our automated lead nurturing flows that booked calls via SMS texts and emails.

Result

Our team ran 30 campaigns across 75 ads sets and 100+ different creatives on 3 different social media platforms which resulted in generating over 7500+ leads. By utilizing our automation systems, these leads proceeded through their sales funnel with a 45% booking rate on average.
